Job Description
- Co-ordinate sales activities in your territory to meet sales goals/targets.
- Maintain and increase sales of the company's products.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to the market.
- Develop sales strategies in line with the division’s targets.
- Monitor the team's performance and motivates them to exceed set targets.
- Keep the division informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Assist other team members with transactions when and where necessary.
- Responsible for delivering key business metrics such as turnover, profit, product portfolio.
- Retain overall responsibility for the profit and loss and growth achieved in his region.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any course with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a Pharmaceutical / FMCG environment.
- Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
