Job Description
- Field Sales Executives perform a number of sales activities.
- They negotiate with clients, book appointments, discuss proposals and perform demonstrations of the company’s goods and services.
The job description aligns as follows;
- Sharing and distribution of Workcity fliers at strategic locations to create awareness and generate leads
- Close new deals at a high rate by going out daily to prospect new clients with fliers
- Build relationships with event planners to use the Workcity spaces customers
- Cultivate new leads within assigned sales territory
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
Job Specification
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / NCE / OND qualification
- Minimum of 1-year experience in sales.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
