Job Summary
- The Admin will ensure proper and timely delivery of all tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
- Allocate responsibilities and office space
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Offer solutions for improvement
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance
- Organize and supervise other office activities
- Adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification.
- Able to supervise others
- Taking initiatives and self-driven
- Effective listening, oral communication, and interpersonal skill
- Aptitude for working with computers
- Good organisational skills.
- Attention to details
- Must reside in Lagos (preferably within the Ketu, Ojota, Ogba, Berger, Ikeja, Mowe).
