Job Title: Company Administrator

Location: Isheri / Opic, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Admin will ensure proper and timely delivery of all tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
  • Allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Offer solutions for improvement
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance
  • Organize and supervise other office activities
  • Adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification.
  • Able to supervise others
  • Taking initiatives and self-driven
  • Effective listening, oral communication, and interpersonal skill
  • Aptitude for working with computers
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Attention to details
  • Must reside in Lagos (preferably within the Ketu, Ojota, Ogba, Berger, Ikeja, Mowe).
