We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Dealership Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Identifying and ensuring that walk-in prospects and telephonic enquiries are converted into customers, alongside regular interaction with current customers and build loyalty
- Maintaining and updating regularly a computerized customer and prospect database
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- Product demo to customers
- Order, payment collection, payment processing, confirmation and coordinate with logistics department for vehicle allocation.
- Coordinate with PDI and complete vehicle deliveries in time
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/segment
- Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, market conditions, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
Qualifications
- Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Marketing
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Automobile industry.
