Requirements
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in human resource management, two of which must have been in the area of HR consulting.
- Strong business development skills with a proven base of high level contacts
- Strong recruitment and executive search experience
- Track record of converting prospects to paying clients
- Experience in project management and implementation
- Experience in proposal/bid preparation
- Sound people management skills
- Excellent client management skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
