Quintessential Interiors and Design Limited is an interior design and furniture manufacturing organization. We are looking to expand our operations by adding a qualified personnel in the position below:
Job Title: Project Architect
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop design ideas in relation to client brief by developing original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and layout.
- Develop and review building plans as well as site planning and managing compliance.
- Manage and oversee budget per project, staff and external workers such as engineers, Quantity Surveyors etc.
- Drafting of interior and exterior high-end architectural construction documents and detailing for selection and finishes.
- Responsible for managing On-site problem and making viable recommendation.
- Analyze space utilization effectiveness and changing demands for space needs: recommend actions to meet new requirements.
