Application Forms
1.) Higher National Diploma
- The application forms are available for collection in Admissions Office on the presentation of Bursary receipt for Seven Thousand Naira (N7,000.00) only.
2.) National Diploma
- The application forms are available for collection in Admissions office on the presentation of Bursary receipt for Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only.
Mode of Payment
- Payment for the forms (ND & HND) should be made at any branch of First Bank with Account Number: 2020340098.
Entry Requirements
1.) Higher National Diploma:
- A good National Diploma in relevant discipline from NBTE accredited Polytechnic. In addition, prospective Candidates should obtain recommendation from their former Heads of Department.
2.) National Diploma:
- Five (5) O'Level credits in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language.
Completed Forms
All completed forms should reach the Admissions Office on or before Friday, 31st October, 2014 with the following documents enclosed:
- Four (4) receipts for the form
- Receipt for the purchase of the form
- Certificate of Local Government of origin
- Birth Certificate or sworn Declaration of Age
Screening
- Screening of Candidates would hold on Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th November, 2014 at 9.00am each day in their respective Departments.
