Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Lekki / Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Oversee various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties.
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on socialmedia
- Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice
- Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
- Inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management or related field
- Candidate must have between 1-3 years sales experience in real estate
- Commision on closed deals
