Toc Consult, a consulting firm that handles all HR related services, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Officer

Location: Alausa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inform clients of their outstanding bills
• Negotiate payment schedule
• Advise customers
• Collect all payment on overdue
• Prepare statements
• Maintain customer files
• Prepare reports on receivables and manage the entire process
• Manage some payables
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

The Person

• Bachelor's Degree
• It will be an added advantage having a minimum of 2 years of working experience in managing corporate debts
• Alert, Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Ability to Prioritize
• Strong communicator and fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales is an added advantage
• Must be tech savvy
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to be diplomatic and negotiate rightly
• The candidate needs to have degree in accountancy.
