GText Homes a leading real estate solutions provider, headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, with offices across Africa, North America, Europe & Asia.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales lead.
• Meeting and exceeding sales target.
• Understanding and promoting the Company's product/services.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintaining clients records.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

Job Requirements
The Ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in Sales. Experience in the Banking Industry or Real Estate is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target.
• Proven ability to successfully manage relationships with clients.
• Residence on the Island, most preferably Victoria Island or Ikoyi.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
