Job Title: Laundry Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• The Laundry Manager is responsible for running the laundry ’sday to day operations and also to deliver an excellent customer service experience while managing stock ordering and supplier relationships.
• Additional responsibilities include, up keeping training, performance evaluations, scheduling and supervising the personnel within the company

Duties and Responsibilities

• Running the day to day laundry operations
• Establishing and implementing Quality control
• Hire, train and Manage laundry processing assistants and workers
• Communicating with customers
• Maintaining sustainability at every corner
• Working alongside management and delivery riders
• Data recording and analysis
• Develop and put into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of Laundry operations.
• Establish processes for refurbishment and all levels of deep cleaning
• Co-ordinate with the maintenance team on routine maintenance of equipment and outstanding repairs of machinery and launch preventative maintenance program.
• Responsible for the preparation of budgets
• Develop new methods for increasing laundry and business efficiency.
• Establish and implement standard training and coordination.
• Make reports and recommendations when required.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any field with 2 - 3 years of work experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Responsible & reliable and possess strong attention to detail and a desire to work efficiently
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues.
• Experience in team management.
• Should be familiar with computer applications.
• Must live around Lekki axis
• Must be available to resume immediately.
• This position may be required to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience:

• Two to three years of experience managing entry-level employees.
• Minimum two years laundry management experience
