We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as email follow up / payment follow up
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files / documents
- Sending request & keeping record for Invoice / PFI
- Payment follow up via email/phone calls with clients
- Welcoming visitors to your office
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
Requirements
- ND / HND / PG
- 3+ years relevant experience.
- Fluency in MS Office
- Experience in Telecom Domain will be preferred.
Skills:
- Proven Office Management experience.
- Knowledge of Functional Departments of an office
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including the executive and C-levels.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary
N1,080,000 Gross Annually.
