Job Title: HR / Admin Manager

Job Summary

  • HR/Admin Manager role encompasses as a leader in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, training etc. and also to ensure all the organization’s administrative tasks are performed correctly and on time. It includes administrative areas such as office admin management, facilities admin management, and policy development among other things.

Requirements

  • Minimum of First Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Minimum of 15 Years cognate experience in Human Resource and Admin Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional Human Resources qualifications/certification will be an added advantage.
  • ISO Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of built industry.
