Job Description

• Our client is looking for operations officer in search of a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) from the current 21B batch of corpers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the valet operations across our various locations.
• Monitor valet staff and ensure sufficient staff for managing volume business.
• Assist the Valet Supervisor in the smooth running of valet and parking department.
• Handle and resolve all customer service issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the department records, establish files and prepare memoranda and reports for the department managers.
• Conduct reconciliation with the finance team for the valet staff across all our existing locations.
• Create proposals for new valet leads.
• Provide and develop innovative ideas and strategies towards the growth of the valet arm of the business.

Requirements

• NYSC LA/21B batch corper.
• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or Mass Communication.
• Effective communication skill.

Salary
N50,000 monthly
