Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes ensuring that goods are produced efficiently
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers
- Review worker performance and identify training needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or other relevant education
- 5-10 years of operations and leadership experience in a cocoa manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge production transactions
- Possess leadership, technical, food safety, food quality, and supervisory skills.
