We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Development Officer - Vegetable Seeds

Location: Kano

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Responsible for market development of Hybrid seed (vegetable).
• Enhancing Market Development for Vegetable Seeds; increasing sales within the defined territory.
• Demonstration of product.
• Liaison with farmers and inspire them to quality products for getting good output.
• Selecting Seed Production areas and farmers.
• Regular reporting to the Departmental Head on daily / weekly / monthly on product demonstration position.
• To perform any other job as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications
Essential Desirable:

• Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Science and any other related professional qualification.
• Minimum 0 - 3 years of practical experience in Market Development of Hybrid seed (vegetable) will be given preference in a similar position.

Job Requirements:

• You should have the ability to work with little supervision.
• Should have good business relations with seed dealers, retailers, vendors, traders, public & private sectors and NGOs.
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and work to tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills should have.
• Can-do attitude.
