Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Ibeju - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Driving up expansion of business and identifying new markets, as well as continued expansion among existing customers.
• Marketing of the bank’s products and services to current and potential customers.
• Credit appraisal, ensuring quality portfolio
• Maintaining acceptable credit limits,
• Ensure full compliance with all policies of the bank.
• Provide Leadership to all Branch Staff.
• Promote Banks culture.

Minimum Qualifications

• HND or First Degree in any discipline.
• 3-7 years relevant experience in a similar role from a Microfinance Finance Institution.
