We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Network Support Engineer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Installing new software.
• Installing and maintenance of hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc).
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection.
• Fixing network faults.
• Network maintenance and monitoring.
• Technical support for people using the network.
• Training staff on new systems.
• Day to day admin and monitoring of network use.
• Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems.
• Making sure all IT meets industry standards.
• Managing basic On-Premises ticketing software to help manage tickets from request to resolution.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / B.Eng / HND qualification.
• 2 years work experience.
• Excellent with all things IT.
• Good at problem solving.
• Good at organising, prioritising and multitasking.
• Able to explain technical problems in a simple way.
• Good in a team.
• Dedicated to keeping their skills and knowledge fresh.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 monthly.
