We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Unit Head, IT & Digital Solutions
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support across digital banking channels, particularly Mobile, Web, USSD, and Cards
- Providing applications support on a suite of core systems, including the Core Banking Application and such similar enterprise applications
- Maintenance and administration of cloud services and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and 365
- Performing local networking functions – modem, router, switches, firewalls and implementing best practices in IT service management
- Supporting the operations teams to ensure business continuity and optimal software performance
- Providing leadership and coordinating the efforts of software developers and technology partners.
Requirements
- Candidates are Expected to have a minimum of First Degree in Computer Science or related field plus at least, 4 years of experience in a similar role.
