A reputable school in Ikeja axis, Lagos State, is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Nursery / Primary School

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates for this position must hold an NCE and / or First Degree in Education, with Master’s Degree in Educational Administration / Management.
• She / he must possess over 12 years teaching and school management experience in a reputable school/s either as Supervisor, Deputy Head Teacher or Head Teacher.

Competencies:
The successful candidate who will operate at the management level must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

• Leadership: Strategic perspective, developing others, managing r1ks
• Core: Teamwork, building relationship: responsibility, learning orientation, communicating with impact
• Functional: Conceptual thinking: problem solving; job knowledge, innovation and taking initiatives.
