Job Summary

• We are looking for exceptional candidates with cognate experience, male, age between 35 years to 45 years, married, living in Abuja Nigeria (is an added advantage).
• Must be good team players, team management, kitchen facilities and cost management and inter-personal relation.
• This chef runs a specific section in a kitchen and reports to the sous chef
• Assisting the Ex chef and sous chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
• Ensure compliance with all standard and procedure

Core Work Activities

• Preparing meat and fish, Assisting with the mgt of health and safety.
• Assisting with the mgt of food hygiene practice
• Assisting the En Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes

Requirements

• B.Sc in Social Sciences.
• Must have minimum of 4 years of cognet experience.
