Job Title: Patrol Supervisor

Locations:
Lagos, Benin, Ibadan, Uyo, and Port Harcourt

Job Description
  • The Patrol Supervisor will supervise the operations of guards in all locations within the zone.
Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and direction to security operative staff within the zone.
  • Assist with the implementation of security procedures.
  • Prepare monthly operational reports.
  • Evaluate and recommend ways of improving operations.
  • Assist in posting of guards.
  • Conduct daily patrol of beats to ensure that standards are maintained at all times.
  • Enforce disciplinary measures.
  • Monitor the attendance and incident register kept at the beats.
  • Sign the Patrol Register at the beats.
  • Ensure information security and confidentiality at all times.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Minimum of 5 years Relevant Experience as a security guard with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently without supervision as occasion demands, and to undertake a diversity of tasks
  • Show initiative in resolving problems when required, Ability to communicate with people at all levels and in different circumstances; Customer Service and People skills, Problem solving skills, Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Problem Solving Skills, High sense of confidentiality, Attention to detail, Team leadership skills.
