Job Title: Patrol Supervisor
Locations: Lagos, Benin, Ibadan, Uyo, and Port Harcourt
Job Description
- The Patrol Supervisor will supervise the operations of guards in all locations within the zone.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and direction to security operative staff within the zone.
- Assist with the implementation of security procedures.
- Prepare monthly operational reports.
- Evaluate and recommend ways of improving operations.
- Assist in posting of guards.
- Conduct daily patrol of beats to ensure that standards are maintained at all times.
- Enforce disciplinary measures.
- Monitor the attendance and incident register kept at the beats.
- Sign the Patrol Register at the beats.
- Ensure information security and confidentiality at all times.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years Relevant Experience as a security guard with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently without supervision as occasion demands, and to undertake a diversity of tasks
- Show initiative in resolving problems when required, Ability to communicate with people at all levels and in different circumstances; Customer Service and People skills, Problem solving skills, Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Problem Solving Skills, High sense of confidentiality, Attention to detail, Team leadership skills.
