They are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant / Secretary to the CEO
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Schedule internal and external meetings, keep meeting notes and follow up with implementation of action plans
- Ensure daily and periodic reports are submitted from team and reviewed accordingly
- Prepare presentation
- Make all local and international travel arrangements
- Follow up with all tasks, calls and meetings
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO
Requirements
- Must have BA / B.Sc with minimum of 2.2 qualification with at least 3 years experience.
- Must be well organised / spoken
- Sound Knowledge of basic business practices.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
- Age range: 25 - 40 years
Work Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- Saturday (only if the need arises)
