Job Title: Head of Operations / Operations Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Descriptions

• Overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions
• Design, plan, control performance improvement and operating strategy
• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholeders
• Ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the implementation of IT systems.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND qualification in Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in financial service industry.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organization and leadership ability.
