Job Title: Independent Sales Manager
Location: Asese, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and increase the sales of the products.
- Create and increase product awareness as well as promoting the company’s brand.
- Introduce product samples to supermarkets, stores, malls and sales outlets and enlist them as sales partners.
- Implement creative strategies to increase the market share for the products.
- Schedule meetings to make sales pitches to prospects.
- Show and communicate excellent product knowledge when engaging prospects.
- Build and maintain a growing database of potential clients.
- Carry out periodic market research and efficiently communicate the findings.
- Develop a feedback channel from prospective / existing distributors, and customers.
- Promptly submit purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
- Follow up with payment status as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Marketing and related discipline
- 3 years and above experience in direct and field sales
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
- Great persuasion, negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop new markets and business relationships.
