Job Title: Outdoor Sales Girl
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description
- The ideal candidate would have strong Sales and Marketing experience and have a track record of landing sales projects, deals and contracts while building the reputation of the business.
- The Candidate would work with developers in terms of product sales and ensuring clients get the products in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Identifying prospective customers
- Follow up on potential sales leads to close business for a sale
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and how to get more from client
- Identification of new emerging sales prospects for the business
- Sales report after every sales call.
Skills Required
- Must have a Degree in a Business related field and at least 3 years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales objective
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the real estate market (Added advantage)
- Proficiency in word processing, proposals building.
Salary
- N100,000 monthly (excluding commission; subject to performance).
