Job Title: Terminal Manager - Head Office

Job Description
- Involved in the selection process of qualified branch/route trainers in compliance with the HR department
- Plan monthly training work plan and ensure implementation
- Assess and carry out checks on all branch/route trainers and their works
- Localize the materials according to factory guideline for NPL and oversee training across Nigeria
- Implement training policies to guide all training activities
- Create, review, discuss and share training materials with BO trainers
- Carry out pre-test and post-test across all BO to analyze training needs and effectiveness
- Collaborate with trainers to find out training needs, plan for and train all branch/route trainers
- Develop branch office trainers, their effeciency and training delivery
- Collate all branch trainers’ reports, analyze reports and plan for needed work
- Motivate all trainers to be better at their work
Specification
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Computer Science or related course
- 2 years relevant working experience
- Worked in warehouse, stores and other related environment
Skills:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Analytical and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong mobile product and technology knowledge
- Computer skills, online forms, MS Office
