Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering better relationships with existing customers while also developing new channels.

Responsibilities

• Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing.
• Effectively managing business relationships and increasing orders.
• Creating new customers.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performances of team members
• Following up with clients for payment.
• Coordinating the sales and marketing initiatives and ensuring adequate follow-through.
• Understanding the company’s ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualifications and requirements

• B.Sc or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology or related field
• 5 - 10 years' of sales and marketing experience.
• Cognate experience in business to business sales and marketing
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good numerical skills
• High level of integrity and honesty
• Good level of business network
• Experience in printing and packaging or related industry will be an added advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
