The Resource Haven - Our client, a thriving Cafe business, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all of the in-house and on-line customers as well as:

  • Use effective customer care skills to ensure the well-being of customers at all times.
  • Ensure and maintain good customer relations.
  • Receive phone calls/online orders and bookings.
  • Manage the business’ Instagram page as well as respond to orders and bookings on the page
  • Ensure high levels of safety and hygiene are maintained throughout the Coffee shop.
  • Be firm, but fair to ensure discipline is maintained by children whilst in the Coffee shop.
  • Report any issues that could affect the smooth running of the Coffee shop to management

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Top-notch customer service skills.
  • Good food preparation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with high customer traffic.
  • Taking initiative and working well independently.
  • Attention and an eye for detail.
  • Flexible and works well with a team.
  • Well organised and able to prioritise tasks.
  • Trustworthy.
  • Be willing to assist with a variety of different tasks and adapt to change.
  • Experience of working within a similar customer-facing environment with cash handling experience would be desirable.
  • Candidates who reside on the island are preferable due to proximity to the business.
