Living Spring Consult Limited - Our client, one of the leading business solution providers, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Centre Agent (Hausa)

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • You will be required to answer incoming calls from customers, respond to queries, perform follow up calls, manage complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
  • You will project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer incoming calls, and make outbound calls when required
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to the network service providers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • B.Sc Degree or equivalent in any discipline
  • Fluency in Hausa Language is a must.
  • 2-4 years call center experience
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.

Salary
N60,000 / Month.
