Job Title: Call Centre Agent (Hausa)
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- You will be required to answer incoming calls from customers, respond to queries, perform follow up calls, manage complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
- You will project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer incoming calls, and make outbound calls when required
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to the network service providers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc Degree or equivalent in any discipline
- Fluency in Hausa Language is a must.
- 2-4 years call center experience
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Ability to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
