Job Title: Head, Human Resources and Admin
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements / Skills
- First Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
- 5 - 7 years’ work experience.
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, development and training
- Good understanding of built Industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel,etc
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N1,800,000 - N2,400,000 annually
