Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant
Location: Kaduna
Job Description
- Face to face inception meeting with the Permanent Secretary State Ministry of Budget and Planning, Director M&E, Social Investment Program Focal Person other relevant officials from social protection implementing MDAs, and the ESPID team in the state.
- Development of Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (Which will include data collection tools, Indicators, MEAL Plan and other component of the framework) for the state’s social protection programmes.
- Plan and conduct a workshop to develop the state’s M&E Framework for its social protection programmes. (approx. 25-30 government officials).
- Consultancy closeout meeting with ESPID state team leads, focal person from the State Ministry of Budget and Planning.
Expected Deliverables
- Inception report of consultative meeting (that includes detailed timeline of activities) signed off by Director M&E in the State or his designate.
- Report of M&E framework development workshop
- A Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (Which will include data collection tools, Indicators, MEAL Plan and other component of the framework) for the state’s social protection programmes
- Detailed report of consultancy.
