We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Junior Recruiter
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media.
- Sourcing of suitable candidates.
- Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate résumés.
- Schedule calls and interviews.
- Communicate with candidates promptly.
- Managing the résumé database.
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles.
- Send out all bulk email (e.g. Confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails, and offer letters)
Qualifications / Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resource or relevant field.
- 2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
- Experience with tech recruitment is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
