We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

  • B.Sc Degree in Communication, Marketing, and other related fields with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a customer Service officer.
  • Applicant must be a critical thinker possess an innovative mindset, great interpersonal and communication skills, good time-management and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to use all social media tools is important.

Job Competencies:

  • Ability to manage and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers to meet organizational objectives.
  • Ability to plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, online content creations and oversee all the company’s social media accounts.
  • Ability to supervise, build, and implement all digital marketing strategies within the organization.
  • Ability to engage Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to generate leads, strengthen relationships and ultimately drive sales.
  • Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the organization.
