The vision expanded in 2015 when the Directors decided to adopt a Group structure and focus on the following sectors which are critical to the attainment of man's physiological and safety needs. Our business outlook currently covers Africa and Europe through our subsidiaries; Fusion Facilities Management Limited (PTY) in South Africa, Fusion Group Management Limited in UAE (Dubai) and Fusion Group Management Limited in UK. We focus on Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

  • Identify new business opportunities for the Real Estate / Facility Management market
  • Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales for the business
  • Achieve sales targets through lead generation, cold-calling, face to face
  • Actively contribute to the growth strategy and wider business plan
  • Liaise with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent business growth
  • Identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Prepare proposals and deliver pitches to and presentations to potential new clients
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • Develop ways to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals
  • Provide assistance and expertise to the operations areas of Fusion Facilities Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Sales or any related field
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Business Development Manager or any other similar roles in the Real Estate industry.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrable track record of developing successful sales and business development strategies
  • Experience in building services and engineering would be advantageous
  • Management of the total bid process for new and retained business
  • Sound knowledge of the industry/client sectors
  • Exceptional client relationship management skill.
