We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Bida, Minna - Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the hotel.
• Attend to customers order and ensure they are promptly attended to.
• Guide customers on the different menu served in the restaurant.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, plates and glasses.
• Serve food and drink orders.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a pos ordering software,orderslipsor by memorization.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverwaretokitchen for cleaning.
• Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties).
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Communicate order detailstothe kitchen staff.

Requirements

• OND, HND in any discipline or hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Be polite and neat.
• Good customer relation.
• Must reside in Bida or ready to relocate.
