Job Title: Head of Pastoral
Locations: Osun and Ondo
Responsibilities
The Head of Pastoral shall:
- Efficiently manage the staffing, organization, and resources of the non-academic programme.
- Ensure that there is a full and varied programme of activities beyond the classroom that meets the needs of each student; and
- Provide for the safety, welfare, good discipline, and pastoral well-being of all students in the school.
Qualifications / Experience
- A graduate with a recognized teaching qualification (Preferably a female)
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in managing a team of staff in a senior pastoral role.
- Boarding house and extra-curricular management experiences are additional advantages
- Must have evidence of ongoing professional development related to pastoral care.
