We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Manger

Location: Bida, Minna - Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee personnel including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees.
  • Resolve issues regarding hotel services.
  • Coordinates with external parties e.g vendors and event planners.
  • Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
  • Organize activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
  • Create and apply a marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
  • Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
  • Partake in financial activities including establishing room rates, setting budgets, and assigning funds to departments.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Bida, Minna in Niger State or ready to relocate.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience as a manager in the hotel.
  • Good communication and excellent writing skill.
  • Certification in a management course will be an added advantage.
  • Should have managed at least a 3-star hotel.
  • Good managerial skill.
