Winock is a registered Nigerian company established in 2016, specializing in flexible and cost-effective equipment rent to own service for micro-businesses. We officially started operations in 2017, providing Solar equipment leasing services to customers such as phone chargers and barbers. In 2019, we switched to rent to own to enable our customers to own their equipment after a fixed time period. Over time, we expanded to include other types of equipment and we are fast gaining a market reputation as the leading equipment rent to own service provider for micro-businesses. We have significantly differentiated our rent to own service by being flexible and cost-effective.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Supervisor

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The direct sales supervisor is responsible for supporting and monitoring the direct sales agents in a manner which contributes to team effectiveness and supports the company’s objectives.
  • The supervisor is expected to demonstrate best practice and be a good role model to the Direct sales agents.

Key Responsibilities
The Job responsibilities include without limitation, the following:

  • Collaborating with management to plan marketing strategies.
  • Advise management on major markets to target.
  • Consistently liaise with the market management to establish a rapport for KYC and monitoring of the customer.
  • Communicate information to direct sales agents.
  • Randomly visit assigned markets to ensure that direct sales agents are performing their duties.
  • Provide guidance to direct sales agents when required.
  • Support direct sales agents in closing deals.
  • Take ownership of the delivery of the weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Support the credit management team on performing KYC and credit analysis on doubtful prospects.
  • Manage referral partners and ensure that they are paid in a timely manner
  • Completing regular sales reports, specifying the number of sales made and the individual performance of the direct sales agents.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Marketing.
  • 5 years managerial position in a micro finance company.
  • Ability to meet target and exceed.

Salary
N1,200,000 annually.
