We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations / Admin Officer

Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Oversee Operational Procedures
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the business using a mobile app
  • Manage Bookings from Clients and send them to riders
  • Follow up with riders on the road, check for their movement, and confirm Deliveries done
  • Follow up with clients for payment and send the evidence of payment to Boss for confirmation
  • Inspection of the bikes every day when the rider comes to the office
  • In case of mechanical Issues with the bike, follow up with the mechanic on repairs so it can be done on time to avoid unnecessary delay and discuss all expenses with the boss during repairs for approval
  • Input all bookings, Expenses on the system and send to boss email every end of the week
  • Follow up with the bike's paperwork so that anyone that needs to be renewed can be done to avoid road officers disturbing riders
  • Follow up with the company Instagram and do more marketing
  • Follow up with General Administrative issues of the company
  • Devise and Implement Innovative Strategies
  • Manage Available Resources
  • Communicate Operations Performance
  • Team Management
  • Review Market and Regulatory Developments.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
  • candidate must reside in Ikota and its environments.

Salary

  • N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
