A Telecommunications Company that provides value added services to the major Mobile Network Operators in Nigeria, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Profile

• The ideal candidate must be able to take the lead in the company's Recruitment, HR Administration, Learning and Development and ensuring overall compliance to HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition and Retention
• Comfortable with the usage of HRIS software.
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
• Other duties as assigned by line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field with 3 - 5 years working in a HR role
• Professional qualification(s), an added advantage.
• Solid communication skills
• Good knowledge of labour laws
• Honest, ethical and high degree of integrity.
