We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Relations Officer
Locations: Ikeja & Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties
- Call company's clients on loan and help in the repayment process.
- Clear all payment on dashboard after repayment has been made by his client.
- Follow up on all offline payments made by clients to clear debt.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND / NCE qualification.
- NYSC can apply provided they are willing to work on a Sunday from 12pm - 5:30pm to cover for their off during the weekdays for CDS.
Working Hours and Time:
- Working days are from Mondays to Fridays plus 2 compulsory Saturdays in a month (interchanged).
- Resumption Time is 9am - 5:30pm.
Salary
- The Basic salary is N50,000 plus commission such as the Performance Bonus, Holiday Overtime, Weekend Overtime, Weekends Commission, etc.
Benefits:
- Staff are also entitled to benefits like the HMO, Pension Incentive, 13th month salary.
