A reputable Oil & Gas company within the south-south region of Nigeria, requires the services of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lubricant Filling Line Engineer

Location: South-South, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
• Decide what resources are required and draft a timescale for the job.
• Estimate costs and set the quality standards.
• Maintains check list of daily operations of all equipment and advises staff on the proper use of equipment to avoid breakdown and reduce repairs.
• Constantly improves the efficiencies and effectiveness of the operation with minimal capital investment
• Support and cooperate fully with all stakeholders associated with operations for planning, procurement, logistics, quality and maintenance to ensure customer's expectations are met.
• Establish & maintain communications with support functions as HR, IT & Finance.
• Ensure operations are conducted safely, reliably, efficiently and in compliance to company procedures
• Work closely with the Production Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. (Mechanical / Electrical)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Lubricants Manufacturing environment,
• Proven work experience as a line manager or similar role
• Leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
