We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Associate Counsel

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Review Contracts from clients and ensure to provide quality services and general assistance towards execution of appropriate contractual and commercial terms and conditions to best serve and protect Company's interests.

Qualifications and Experience

• BL and LLB, (LLM added advantage)
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2'1) both in Law school and University.
• Minimum of 6-8 years’ post call experience
• Preferred candidate should have experience working as a legal associate in a law firm.
• Experience in commercial law, litigation, including contracts drafting.
• Ability to interpret and analyze the law and the legal issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to take good decisions based on the law are essential.
• Must be well organized and attention to details.
• Must be a team player.
• Female candidates would be given more preference for gender balance.
