Job Description

• We are looking for a Baker to prepare different types of bread like Sardine bread, Milk bread, Sweet bread, etc.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
• Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare bread
• Bake different bread types, like Sardine bread, Milk bread, Sweet bread etc.
• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
• Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor' Degree / HND / OND / NCE / SSCE qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Experience as a Baker or similar role.
• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers.
• Understanding of food safety practices.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
• Must live in Yaba and its environment.

Salary
N45,000 monthly
