We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following:

  • Receive and distribute communications, collect, mail correspondence and copy information.
  • Maintain adequate supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipate requirements; place and expedite orders; verify receipt and deliver supplies to work stations.
  • Maintain office schedule by picking-up and delivering items.
  • Serve customers by backing-up receptionist; answer questions; forward messages and confirm orders from vendors.
  • Clean, dust and mop office floors.
  • Wipe down desks and chairs.
  • Empty trash cans and make sure that all trash is properly disposed of.
  • Clean and wash down windows.
  • Ensure that the office kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Wash down restrooms and ensure they are sanitized properly.
  • Replenish towels, soap and toilet paper in bathrooms on a regular basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • OND qualification with 3 years relevant work experience.
