Job Description
- The Picking Supervisors will be responsible for supervising the picking and packing of items from the warehouse into pick lists in the loading bay.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervision of bulk picking of items from the warehouse to the loading bay
- Maintaining accurate physical and electronic records of all items picked from the warehouse to the loading bay
- Supervision of the breaking of bulk into individual picklists
- Ensuring the picking accuracy of all picklists
- Ensuring and managing the efficiency of all loaders in the picking process.
Education / Experience / Skill Requirements
- B.Sc. or its equivalent
- At least 2 years warehouse experience in a similar role
- Good organization skills
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Upbeat and energized
- Attention to details.
