Job Description
- As the General Manager of Production in our multi-national oil company we will require you to safely manage all of our Nigeria offshore and onshore Production and Maintenance Operations in line with business objectives, while fully adhering to HSE, corporate and Nigerian policies.
- You must ensure that the company's production targets / forecasts and liftings are safely achieved and within budget parameters while ensuring optimal production systems performance with minimum deferments.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline is essential with at least 20 years E & P work experience.
- At least 10 years experience in a senior supervisory level in Production and Maintenance operations. This includes offshore FPSO experience and onshore operations and facilities.
- Excellent knowledge and in depth understanding of Production planning and hydrocarbon accounting methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of FSPOs and tanker scheduling operations experience.
- Very good people management, interpersonal, communications and organizational skills are essential.
