We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Assembly Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all aspects of electrical assembly, testing, soldering of electrical assembly panel.
  • Provide time study and on-time delivery schedule for projects
  • Collaborate with electrical design team to ensure electrical line diagram are accurate and cost effective
  • Champion initial prototype, validate design and production bill of materials (Pbom).
  • Ordering material and ensuring that the procurement of all components is with the specified time frame
  • Generate assembly level documentation and maintain detailed records of work done (familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required).
  • Follow all Company Safety and quality requirements
  • Perform other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a Technical Field required minimum of 4 years of electrical engineering experience with prior proven experience in a supervisory capacity
  • High degree of mechatronics skills and analytic ability.
  • Proficient knowledge of electrical panel assembly including power & control cable wiring
  • Must be able to work with large, complex systems consisting of many sub-assemblies and components.
  • Good communication skills, ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Proficient knowledge in electrical line diagram interpretation.
