Fazsion is a cross-border e-commerce marketplace offering authentic European and UK Highstreet fashion brands for Men, Women, and Kids such as H&M, Jack&Jones, Selected Homme, Diesel, Henley, Gabba, Bellfield, No problem, Vero Moda, Zara, Boohoo, Pretty Little Things, Nelly, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klien, Adidas and others. Fazsion operates out of warehouses in Lagos, Germany, and London. We help our customers source, ship, and deliver their inventory needs to their doorstep end to end. We aim to make stocking up your store as easy as possible.

Job Title: B2B Outlet Manager

Description

• Primarily responsible for B2B Outlet (SAMPLE DISPLAY)
• Working with the warehouse/operation team to ensure smooth order processing
• Customer Service for B2B/Wholesale
• Product Management - creation of products on our inventory system - unleashed, 
• Responsible for pricing (for B2B and B2C outlet)
• Sound understanding and use of back end systems
• MS Office Suite - Excel & Powerpoint proficient
• Experience in retail/wholesale industry (especially in fashion and lifestyle) is and added bonus
• Ensure orders are validated before shipping and payment made
• Visual Merchandising experience is also needed
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple units to the satisfaction of  the customer 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcome and greet walk in  customers courteously.
• Provide excellent and prompt services to customers.
• Ensure fast financial transactions to minimize long register lines.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
• Perform cash, card and check transactions for customer purchases.
• Handle gift cards and coupons to customers when needed.
• Handle cash register and manage incoming and outgoing cash.
• Record financial transactions and perform account reconciliations.
• Pack and bag products according to customer needs.
• Maintain store equipment such as computers, printers and fax machines in safe and good working conditions.
• Keep register terminal and store clean and orderly.
• Stock and maintain the inventories according to store policies.
• Perform the ‘cash count-out after every shift.
• Guide customers to register lanes promptly and courteously.
• Address all queries from both employees and customers.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
